&lt;p&gt;You will own consumer-facing experiences end to end, from understanding the user problem and&amp;nbsp;shaping the experience to launch, adoption, engagement, and iteration.&amp;nbsp;This is a role for someone who moves fast, stays close to users and design, and is comfortable changing&amp;nbsp;direction when a better idea emerges.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Think deeply about flows, states, feedback, discovery, and how users experience the product end to end.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work with engineering and AI teams to understand what is possible, where the experience can break, and the right product trade-offs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Use user behavior, research, experiments, and judgment to improve the product continuously.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prioritize sharply and move ideas from decision to users quickly.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We’re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer technology.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience building and shipping consumer products used at meaningful scale.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong product taste and an instinct for good UX and interaction design.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A deep understanding of user behavior and what makes experiences intuitive, useful, and habitforming.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to look beyond a feature request and solve the underlying user problem.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong execution and prioritization skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfort working through ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data, and business teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A hands-on relationship with generative AI.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You may have already shipped GenAI products, or you may be a strong consumer PM who actively experiments with AI and builds with it.&amp;nbsp;What matters is that you are curious about what AI makes possible and can translate that into experiences that feel genuinely better for users.&lt;/p&gt;
