How do I disable Glance on my device?

You can disable it by turning off "Settings>Lock Screen>Wallpaper Carousel>Turn Off".

• For Xiaomi devices:

  Disabling Glance in Xiaomi device 

  • Step 1: Open "Settings" on your Xiaomi device. 
  • Step 2: Find and tap on "Lockscreen" 
  • Step 3: Select "Wallpaper Carousel" from the options. 
  • Step 5: Toggle it off to Disable Glance on your lock screen. 
  • Step 6: Lock your device off and wake it up to confirm Glance deactivation on your Xiaomi phone. 

• For Motorola devices:

  Disabling Glance in Motorola device 

  • Step 1: Open "Settings" on your Motorola device. 
  • Step 2: Find and tap on "Home and lockscreen" 
  • Step 3: Select "Lock Screen" from the options. 
  • Step 4: Tap on the option “Glance”. 
  • Step 5: Toggle it off to Disable Glance on your lock screen. 
  • Step 6: Lock your device off and wake it up to confirm successful Glance deactivation on your Motorola phone. 

• For SHARP devices:

  Disabling Glance in Sharp device 

  • Step 1: Open "Settings" on your Xiaomi device. 
  • Step 2: Find and tap on "Wallpaper and Style" 
  • Step 3: Select "Lock screen" from the options. 
  • Step 4: Tap on the “Wallpaper Service” option to deactivate the Glance lock screen 
  • Step 5: Change the option from the “Glance for AQUOS” to the option you want. 
  • Step 6: Lock your device off and wake it up to confirm successful Glance deactivation on your Sharp phone. 

• For Sony devices:

  Disabling Glance on Sony device 

  • Step 1: Open "Settings" on your Sony device. 
  • Step 2: Find and tap on "Operation and View" 
  • Step 3: Tap on "Glance" from the options. 
  • Step 4: Toggle it off to Disable Glance on your lock screen. 
  • Step 5: Lock your device off and wake it up to confirm successful Glance deactivation on your phone. 

• For OPPO devices:

  Disabling Glance on Oppo device 

  • Step 1: Open "Settings" on your Oppo device. 
  • Step 2: Find and tap on "Home screen and lock screen" 
  • Step 3: Tap on "Glance for Oppo" from the options. 
  • Step 4: Toggle it off to Disable Glance on your lock screen. 
  • Step 5: Lock your device off and wake it up to confirm successful Glance deactivation on your phone. 

• For ZTE devices:

  Disabling Glance in ZTE device 

  • Step 1: Unlock your ZTE device and go to the home screen. 
  • Step 2: Tap "Settings" to open the device settings menu. 
  • Step 3: Scroll down and select "Personalisation settings." 
  • Step 4: Look for "Lock screen settings" within Personalisation settings. 
  • Step 5: At the bottom, click on Glance and toggle it off to disable 
  • Step 6: Exit settings 
  • Step 7: Lock your device, and glance will be deactivated
